Pillows are very important. When my hubby and I were newlyweds we bought a low quality pillow at a supermarket because we didn't know better. He ended up having a stiff neck for the next couple of years and not getting a good night's sleep for the duration. One day we found ourselves at a home store and we saw some really expensive high-end pillows which cost over P5k each. He tested different models and liked them a lot. We ended up getting one each and that marked the end of his stiff neck days and the beginning of restful sleep up until now.
So anyway, some time ago we were invited to check out Home Studio in Greenhills. It's where the Magniflex showroom is. Magniflex is an Italian company which makes high quality pillows and mattresses. Here in the Philippines, Magniflex products are distributed by Home Studio.
We were all asked to come in our sleepwear. True to the theme, we were all given matching bedroom slippers upon arrival.
We toured Home Studio prior to checking out the Magniflex products. They have a pretty big space so they're actually open to renting it out as an events venue.
Apart from Magniflex, Home Studio carries really snazzy-looking plumbing fixtures such as this sleek faucet.
You can even test their numerous showerheads onsite.
Home Studio also carries a variety of tiles.
Finally we went to the Magniflex showroom. An array of mattresses and pillows are displayed there.
We got to try out each one!
This Magniflex Dualcomfort mattress has a soft and firm side so you can tailor it to your preference. Personally I find the firm side more comfortable. If for example your hubby or sleeping companion prefers another side, it's not a problem since the mattress is comprised of two parts so one half can be firm while the other half is soft.
The mattresses also come in different materials. The one above left is made with corn fiber while the one above right used wooden fiber. Magniflex utilizes breathable and hypoallergenic materials so your health and well-being is assured.

After we tested all the super comfy Magniflex pillows and mattresses, we were treated to a dinner care of Torch Restaurant. :D

Mymomfriday and I won the Pinoy Henyo game! Yay! We each got out own Magniflex travel pillow! Go team! :D
