There's a variety of sauces and condiments as well as a pair of tongs you can use for cooking. We all availed of Tajimaya's P580 eat-all-you-can deal since it's a lot more economical compared to ordering ala carte.
The P580 eat-all-you-can deal includes unlimited Beef US Bara Karabi, Imported Pork (kind of like bacon), Chicken...
This is how the beef looks like when cooked. I drop everything straight into the dipping sauce while hot off the grill. It's really good! I ate so much but the beef is so thinly sliced it feels very light and not at all overwhelming.
When you run out of stuff to grill, just tell the server what you want and they'll bring out more of it. Personally I loved the beef, sausage, and pork. Oh and you're served Japanese rice and bottomless iced tea to go with all the savory grilled meats. Yum!
I wish Tajimaya weren't so far away because I definitely want to go back! Unfortunately, their One Rockwell branch doesn't offer this eat-all-you-can deal. Darn I'm making myself hungry and it's already pretty late at night as of posting time. XD
There were actually a lot of Japanese diners when we were there -- this is something I consider to be a pretty good indication of a Japanese restaurant's authenticity and quality.
