Sick and horrendously backlogged...

Last Friday afternoon, I had a very late lunch and I was soooo famished I made the mistake of driving through for a burger and soda, momentarily forgetting I'm hyperacidic. Soda is murder to someone with hyperacidity.

When I got home, my stomach was already doing cartwheels and I was running to the bathroom ever so often. I skipped work on Saturday and lay in bed the whole day. I had commitments for the evening but ended up blacking out over dinner, as in my surroundings were spinning and I felt faint. By Sunday, I wasn't better, I was still running to the bathroom a lot. Skipped work on Monday and again today. Take note I had just recovered from sore eyes last Friday then this started happening.

I'd like to apologize to those I have commitments with which I've had to cancel. Starbucks prizes will also have a slight delay in shipping. My blog backlog is looking a whole lot worse now since I was unable to update for 3 days.

When you get sick, you start to miss the normal things... the things you take for granted everyday. Eyes that aren't red and watery, a tummy that's trouble free, and of course the freedom and mobility to do what you want. Because I'm not exactly in the best condition, I'm missing the chance to participate in Nicki Minaj's presscon and the chance to see her live in concert tomorrow... boo!

Gosh I look like hell. I was too sick to go through my usual skin care routine for the last 3 days which consists of several steps day and night. Hubby said I got thinner and I don't think it's in a good way because the slimming effect of illness has a way of making you look tired and gaunt.

I've been in bed all day playing Rage of Bahamut (a cross between Magic the Gathering and Trump cards for iOS and Android) on my mobile phone. It was really all I could do while lying down aside from watching TV. Now I'm more obssessed with it than ever. I used to be an MtG player back in college and I spent so much money on cards. At least RoB is totally free to play.

Rage of Bahamut is really easy to get into. After you download from Appstore or Google Play there's a tutorial that will teach you everything you need to know. If you choose to download, please use my referral code xgp26211 so that we'll both get 100,000 rupies (in-game money) and a rare card! Win-win! <3

Animetricsworld on Rage of Bahamut
If you do decide to play, do look me up. My user ID is animetricsworld. You can add me as a fellow or join my order Ark of Armageddon. I was so into it during all my sick days I actually managed to lead my order into our first Holy War and get a decent ranking. XD

I can't stay up for long so my mobile phone is my constant companion...

Hopefully I'll be all recovered before this week is over.
