It traced back to a Facebook page entitled Magnum Philippines which claimed to be the official fan page. When I saw the page however I sort of had my doubts mainly because the photo they wanted people to share was not of professional quality.
Shortly after I shared, I got a message from one of my friends in Unilever. She told me that this is a fake Magnum page and that they are already working to have it closed down along with a bunch of other similar pages.
Since I made a mistake and shared, I saw that a lot of my FB contacts did the same. I felt responsible so I thought that I should do what I can to warn people of this scam. Obviously since it's a fake page, it's a fake raffle. With that, I'd like to apologize to my FB contacts who liked and shared because of me.
