Gift suggestion: Crumpler Carrot, Limpet, and Noose! (Christmas Giveaway!)

Anyone who's into gadgets knows that Crumpler makes some of the best bags to store them in (I personally use a Crumpler 2 Million Dollar Bag to lug around my Sony NEX-5N!) . Am I suggesting that you give out bags whose prices are 4-digits long? Oh no, this post is for the more budget-conscious set who don't want to compromise as all the items are under P1,000. Crumpler's three latest products are guaranteed to make you the ultimate gift-giver without breaking the bank!

Item #1: The Carrot by Crumpler (P950)

Simply put, Crumpler's Carrot is a pencil case. But it's not just any pencil case, being made of highly durable and waterproof material. This is perfect for my son who's in grade school.

It zips up nicely with a distinct Crumpler logo-stamped zipper. It also has a reinforced eyelet so you can attach it to a keyring or the accessory loop on another Crumpler.

Here's a peek inside The Carrot.

The Carrot by Crumpler -- I'd like to see my son wear this one out as most of his pencil cases are on the verge of falling apart when the school year ends.

His pencils, ballpens, eraser, glue stick, etc. all fit inside The Carrot nicely. The rounded shape makes the things stay securely inside even when fully unzipped.

Very slim and compact in terms of size, it won't take up too much space in my son's already overcrowded schoolbag. In fact, he can just stuff into a random nook or cranny.

Item #2: The Limpet by Crumpler (P750)

Crumpler's Limpet is a baggage tag. I like how distinctive the design is and how it's very noticeable in terms of size. Having this on my luggage will make spotting it a lot easier as it rolls out of the airport conveyor... especially since I use a generic-looking black suitcase.

There's ample space on the tag to write your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail.

Your personal information card slides in and out neatly. Love it! Now I don't have to put those weird ribbons on my suitcase to help me identify it.

Item #3: The Noose (P850)

Crumpler's Noose is a hand-strap for your bigger-than-usual camera. Some people get irritated with neck straps so this is a good alternative for them.

The plain black strap is accented with a bright red Crumpler button.

The strap is adjustable so it can fit virtually any wrist size. It's cushioned so it's comfy too. Personally though I prefer using a neck-strap for my Sony NEX-5N... so, I am giving away The Noose by Crumpler! Yep, this is my Christmas gift to one lucky blog reader.
