You can see white grains as you scrub. This product is great for exfoliation purposes so I use it all over but especially on areas that are prone to darkening like my elbows, knees, and underarm areas. I'm not really sure if it's going to make me any fairer than I already am. What I am certain of is you will definitely have brighter looking and smoother skin after you get rid of the dead skin cells on the surface by scrubbing.Reasonably priced and made of natural ingredients, Asian Secrets is a good alternative to more expensive whitening products.
