My latest favorite single brush is Charm Essentials Retractable Kabuki Brush (P580, pictured above). The super cute pink box alone is enough to make me grab it off the shelf because I have a hard time resisting nice packaging.
Charm Essentials Retractable Kabuki Brush comes in pink and gold. This is the pink one. It matches my Sony Cybershot TX-1 digicam, hehe. :D
It somehow reminds me of lipstick.
Retracting the metal siding reveals the incredibly soft white and pink bristles.
I find this particular kabuki brush easier to use because its handle is longer than usual.
I really like how the bristles feel. They're velvety soft yet firm enough to distribute the product all over your face. You use a kabuki brush mainly for applying powder type cosmetics like mineral foundation, loose powder, bronzer, highlighter, and blush.
Can't make it to the bazaars? Not to worry, Charm make-up brushes are also sold at the following outlets:
The Charm Essentials Retractable Kabuki Brush is very convenient to tote around inside your bag because it's retractable and it comes with a secure cap so it's just kind of like an oversized lipstick. I prefer using brushes to puffs when applying powder on my face. This brush solves my dilemma of how I can bring my current favorite loose powder around, Skin Food Peach Sake Silky Finish Powder. It comes with a puff which I don't really like using so problem solved now that I have this Kabuki brush that's ready for travel.
If there's one single brush that's perfect for Christmas gift-giving it's this one. :D
