We started off with some Pork Siomai since it was instantly available off the pushcart. Now I normally dislike siomai but these were delicious. In fact we finished two orders of this.
Then hubby got one of his all-time faves, Taosi Spareribs. Very tasty!
He also got Hakaw, which are shrimp dumplings... as in whole shrimps are inside the dumpling wrapper.
Then there was Beancurd Roll, which is beancurd, mushroom, and ground meat wrapped in beancurd skin.
Steamed Seafood Bundle was up next. Crabstick, cuttlefish, and shrimp are all bound together by glass noodles.
I just had to order Mantao which is my favorite steamed white bread. It's served with a small dipping dish filled with condensed milk.
Then my favorite Siao Long Pao -- dumplings filled with ground meat and soup! Yummy! Make sure to eat with a Chinese spoon so you can savor the flavorful soup inside.
Last but not the least were Beef Balls! Juicy, meaty, and well... beefy. :pHmm... there was HK Style Asado Siopao too but I was already too full to eat or take photos. Nevertheless this is really really great value for money. Hubby and I were so satisfied that we're already talking about going back for dimsum! :D
