I finally got to pay Paradis Natural Ice Cream a visit a week or so ago. I found the clean green and white interiors very cute and cozy.
Ice cream was more expensive than I expected. A medium-sized cup of Ube Taro ice cream cost P145 so my voucher was just right for it. Paradis' ice cream flavors are very unique. There's Pumpkin, Malunggay, and Chili Chocolate with Saffron just to name a few. They are made the natural way from organic ingredients so they're a healthier frozen dessert alternative.
I love the Ube Taro ice cream I ordered. It's not overly sweet. It's also slow-melting and chewy, kind of like eating really cold halayang ube (purple yam jam?) and taro at the same time. I daresay it's one of the best cups of ice cream I've ever had. Hubby liked it too as he shared it with me since it's a pretty hefty serving. I want to go back and try the other flavors! They serve food too, I saw some pasta dishes, salads, and sandwiches on the menu. :)
