This isn't available locally. We only have the Mineral Loose Powder Foundation here in the Philippines. Since my skin is combination oily, I need more coverage so I figured the pressed powder version will work better on me. I had to buy the compact (HK$36 or around P200) and the foundation (HK$60 or around P335) separately though.

I had to assemble it myself... haha! No biggie since it's snap-on.
Maybelline Pure Pact Mineral Healthy Perfecting UV Compact Foundation (phew! what a tongue twister) is very easy to use. Just put some product on the provided sponge and apply it all over your face. It's pretty good for a standalone mineral powder foundation but if you want hardcore coverage traditional liquid foundation + loose powder still gives much more coverage.
This is how it looks after I've completely covered my face with it. It will look less powdery if you top it off with a mineral veil using a kabuki brush to even things out. I didn't do that this session, but I did the next time around and I liked the result better. Maybelline Pure Pact Mineral Healthy Perfecting UV Compact Foundation is super affordable, provides good coverage, and gives you a matte finish. If you'd like to dabble in mineral make-up this is a nice starting point. Here's some good news: According to Maybelline Philippines, this will be available here in our country soon! :D
