Anyways, we agreed to meet up at Heat in Edsa Shangri-la Hotel and indulge in their eat-all-you-can lunch buffet. There were so many types of food I got confused which I should get first. I went to the Japanese section because I figured I'd have sushi in place of plain regular rice. Different types of sushi rolls were laid out.
I settled for a couple of chocolate crinkles and a banana crepe topped with vanilla pudding and chocolate chips. The crinkles were divine. Soft, rich, and chewy plus they had the faint scent of almond essence. Darn I forgot about the Puto Bumbong and Bibingka (Filipino rice cake) which I originally wanted to get from the Filipino section. XD
The eat-all-you-can lunch buffet at Heat costs P1,489.59 net per person Mondays to Saturdays, and P1,926.52 net on Sundays. If you have an Edsa Shangri-la Hotel Privelege Card, you can get the following discounts:
