Goodfellas Steaks and Burgers in Quezon City
Hubby and I had the chance to try Goodfellas Steaks and Burgers one lunch break. We were picking up his altered pants from Kamuning and we wanted a quick bite somewhere nearby.
Since both of us are determined to lose weight (yeah right... hahaha), we decided to each order a burger combo. Basically that's your choice of burger, your choice of either fries or potato chips, and a glass of iced tea. No more, no less. Hubby settled for the Goodfella Burger with Fries (P145 ala carte / P195 combo, pictured above).
Meanwhile I decided to order the Margherita Burger (P220 ala carte / P275 combo, pictured above). I had it with potato chips and I'm so glad I did because Goodfellas' homemade potato chips really rock. They're crispy and lightly seasoned, they're yummy as is even without a dip. :)
The Margherita Burger has the same thick and juicy 100g all-beef patty as the Goodfella Burger. It comes with an overload of cheeses though -- real gooey mozzarella cheese + cheese sauce, roasted tomatoes, and lots of ground basil. It's kind of like pesto pasta except that it's a burger. I actually enjoyed it.
Both burgers were standard size. We were expecting them to be huge but they weren't. They're just the right size to satisfy your hunger without making you feel as if you've overeaten though so in that respect I think they're okay. Did I mention that they also offer free wi-fi? The connection is fast too. :D
Parking spaces are limited. They open around lunch time so best time to go would be right after opening time or in between mealtimes. It's quite difficult to park at night which is their peak time.
