I got an email from Groupon Philippines president Lori Villafuerte shortly after. Since some of you were asking about their response to my experience, I've decided to share Lori's email here:Thanks for this! I appreciate comments like this as it will help us improve on a daily basis. Customer service is our priority and I personally hate it if I don't get the proper service. I am sharing your comments to our team as well as burger avenue. Our merchants are well aware of the Groupons and we even train their staff before deal launches. I guess there was some lost in translation along the way in making sure that the groupons were redeemed properly.
I apologize that you kept getting that error . Not good! Anyway, just to give you a heads up that we are migrating to Groupon.com.ph very soon. So no more of these issues hopefully.
I'm going to see if I can get you that epilsmooth kit from merchant since you missed it.
