Rubbabu toys are made of natural rubber foam so they are soft and safe for small children. They come in bright and solid colors which are sure to catch the attention of little ones. Rubbabu toys have won several awards in the United States. They're environment-friendly too as the toys are hand made without cutting down trees.
There were several types of Rubbabu toys displayed at the event. My sister said the tool set was her favorite. Browsing through the catalog she took home, my daughter was immediately enamored with the sword and shield set.
Yes, this is my 6-year old daughter's Rubbabu of choice. Don't ask. Hahaha, must be my years of playing RPGs.
Anyways, my sister got to take home The Shape Sorter Bus (US$24.95, pictured above) to try out with her toddler at home.
It's a foam bus with detachable shapes. Everything is so soft. You don't have to worry about your baby throwing it around or hitting himself with it. It's durable too, I tried squeezing it to death and it doesn't deform in the least.
Good thing because the first thing my less than 2-year old niece did when she got the toy was bite the wheel. Hahaha! Nice to know that Rubbabu really did design these toys with small children like her in mind.Rubbabu toys will be available this March 2011 at Rustan's. They're also negotiating with Robinson's / Toys R' Us. Will update this when I get the info.
