The shiny gold and black packaging was already enough to get me stoked.
Then there's the waved, slightly S-shaped wand applicator. It's not too evident in the photo but it does have that unique shape so it can curl your lashes even without an eyelash curler.

These are my eyelashes after I applied L'oreal Curl Impact Collagene Curl-Fixing Mascara. I put it on only on the upper lashes. I used it for the first time last night for the Pond's Gold Radiance dinner with Tweetie De Leon and Rissa Mananquil (but that's another post, hehe). Mrs. Martinez commented that the effect is the similar to using false eyelashes because the mascara really darkens, volumizes, curls, and lengthens your eyelashes. It's smudge-proof too! Wow! Color me impressed. :D
I opted for a simple eye look using two shades from The Body Shop's Winter Palette just to enhance the eyes so I could use red lipstick to match my headband. XDSome application tips:
- Apply using a zigzag motion.
- It dries quickly so it may clump if you take too long.
- You can use 2-3 coats if you want more emphasis.
- You can still use an eyelash curler prior to application if you want even more curl.
Here's another nice thing about L'oreal Curl Impact Collagene Curl-Fixing Mascara... you can remove it using just warm water. Run warm water over your fingers and gently "rub" the product off. It falls off in tiny clumps until it's all gone. It's a breeze to remove completely.
