Mr. Ang's mystery cake...?

A mysterious box resembling a wooden crate arrived at our house last Jan. 6, 2011. There was a card which indicated it was from a trusted source so I was not afraid to open it. :D

Mystery cake arrives at home
The lid said "Fruity Explosion Inside!" and it had this mango-shaped watermark.

Yellow cake inside the boxOpening the box revealed a round bright yellow cake with a leaf. The smell of icing and chocolate filled the air.

Cherry Mobile cellphone inside the cakeI started to slice the cake in the middle when my knife bumped into something solid. I traced the outline of the object and it was a rectangular box. I peeled off the surface part of the cake and saw that inside was a Cherry Mobile P1 cellphone.

The box was wrapped in cling wrap.

Cherry Mobile P1
The Cherry Mobile P1 is a cellphone that looks a lot like a calculator.

Cherry Mobile P1 with Sun Cellular sim cardIt was bundled with a Sun Cellular Prepaid sim card, which I immediately placed inside the phone. The sim was pre-loaded with 10 minutes of free Sun-to-Sun calls, 1 day unlimited free Sun-to-Sun texts, and 5 free international texts good for a month.

Everything inside the cakeThere was another plastic packet inside the cake's box. It contained a photo of... Vince? :P There was also a calling card which had a cellphone number I had to call, it was the number of a certain Mr. Ang from Big Bang Fireworks, Inc. We're supposed to find PULP-X before he plots his fruit-a-bomb attacks.

I called but all I got was a recorded message which directed me to this Facebook Page.

Curiouser and curiouser. I guess I'll find out what this is all about soon enough. I'll keep you posted till then. :D

Oh... the cake is actually yummy. Very rich and chocolatey... my daughter loves it!
