Clarification:
Several mommy bloggers are holding this survey, thus J&J will be awarding 100 gifts to the first 100 to respond from all the blogs combined -- so each mom can only get one gift even if she fills up several surveys in different blogs. Anyways I posted pretty early so there's a big chance around 80% of you will get the gift. I was told that the survey will automatically deactivate once 100 mommies have successfully filled it up.
