It turned out to be a BBQ Double Pizza and a Shrimp Pesto Thin Crust Pizza. That's roughly the size of one pizza in proportion to a 9-year old kid. :)
BBQ Double Pizza (P599, pictured above) is topped with pepperoni, Italian sausage, onions, and green bell peppers. Savory barbecue sauce is sandwiched between two layers of soft thin crusts. It's certainly a unique pizza and my son loved it. The overall taste reminded me of Greenwich pizzas, but I have to give plus points for their double crust innovation.
Our other pizza was a Shrimp Pesto Thin Crust Pizza (P515, pictured above). Cheese, pesto, and small shrimps top this creation. The kids liked it as well. My only complaint is that the crust was kind of tough, a problem that toasting the pizza kind of solved.
Angel's Pizza Pasta Combo's pizzas are admittedly on the pricey side, but now is the perfect time to try since they have a Buy 1 Take 1 promo that's ongoing. Like this post? Subscribe to this blog by clicking HERE.
