The Electrolux Trivia Day was held last May 25, 2010 at 121 along Pasong Tamo Extension. Trivia Day is the wholesome daytime version of quiz night. It's also Electrolux Philippines' creative way of launching their small appliances. I teamed up with four other bloggers and we named our group...

I swear, if there was a best group name award, we would've snagged it.Since Electrolux hails from Sweden, we were asked trivia questions pertaining to Sweden, Scandinavia, and Europe in general for the first round. Then we moved on to weirder questions like "According to tradition, what do you put in a crib to keep disease away?". For the last round questions about Electrolux products were thrown at us.
The top three groups according to scores were awarded with Electrolux vacuum cleaners, rice cookers, and irons. The Electrolux Trivia Day was Electrolux's creative way of launching their small appliances.
Too bad our team didn't place in the top three. We were practically drooling over the Electrolux Z4009 75 Tornado vacuum cleaner (pictured above) that each member of the top team got.Why? Well...
- It's bagless.
- It has a washable HEPA filter.
- It utilizes Cyclonic Action which prevents dust from clogging the filter.
- It comes with a floor nozzle, a crevice nozzle, and an upholstery nozzle for versatility.
I'd love to have one of these in the house!
It was a fun afternoon even if we didn't get to take home a prize. The company and conversations were the best. :D
