The place looked exactly the same as it did a few years back. It's literally much cooler to stay on the first floor because the air-conditioning isn't so great at the second floor.
Both my hubby and I decided to go for their all-day breakfast meals. He opted for Longganisa with Garlic Rice (P165, pictured above). Two big sausages, two sunny side up eggs, and a bigger than average cup of garlic rice made up his order.
Meanwhile, I ordered the good old Baang Tapa (P165, pictured above), one of their bestsellers from way back. The beef strips are lean and tasty, just the way I like it. :D
Of course, no visit is complete without drinks! Hubby had his favorite Green Tea Freeze (P115 - P140 depending on the size). It was actually good. It's not overly sweet unlike those I've tried in other cafés. I decided to try their Milk Tea (P105 for the smallest size, pictured above right). It tasted like an aromatic herbal tea but with ice and milk. I found the combination weird, I much prefer oriental style milk teas like those you can get at Serenitea or Quickly. For about P300 per person, you can grab a complete meal and a cold blended drink from Baang Coffee. They also have cakes and pastries in case you want something sweet to go with some of their hot brews. They still have free wi-fi access too. :D
