This two-day event will start by 1pm this May 1, 2010.Numerous activities are in store for attendees. There will be an Energy Zone for exercises and games. Workouts like Plyometrics, Yogilates, and Cardio Hiphop will be demonstrated by fitness experts. Meanwhile, games like Futsal, Badminton, and Ultimate Frisbee will be exhibited by athletes.
Guests can learn more about Nutrilite products at the Live Right Zone. Free nutrition consultation, BMI (Body Mass Index) reading, and cholesterol-testing can also be availed of. There will also be Wii Fitness games that guests can try out.
