Skycable Fun Club's Amazing World of Science featured animal displays and feeding stations set up by Ark Avilon Zoo, various experiments by Mad Science and Gakken Science Experiment Classroom, coloring and testing activities by Gain School Advanced, interactive exhibits by Museo Pambata, and a whole lot more. Refreshments were provided by sponsors like Waffle Time, Mr. Softy, Potato Corner, and Gain Plus Advanced.
My kids had a blast feeding rabbits and guinea pigs at Ark Avilon's area, slime-making with Mad Science, experimenting with magnets, sounds, and air with Gakken (pictured above, left), taking IQ tests at Gain School Advanced's booth, and playing with Museo Pambata's interactive displays (like the Earthquake Table, pictured above right). There was also a mini planetarium and a program where even more amazing experiments were conducted on stage. Games and raffles thrilled the kids throughout.
My little girl Keirra managed to win a lovely prize from National Geographic for answering a trivia question correctly -- a hardbound book entitled "Journeys of a Lifetime: 500 of the World's Greatest Trips", while my little boy Kenshin snagged a consolation prize from Gain School Advanced. Each subscriber also got a loot bag containing sponsor goodies.
