- No age limit for mom, kids must be 4-10 years old.
- Each tandem must submit their video entry (MPEG or MP4), maximum of 2 minutes long. The performance can be singing, dancing, acting, etc. Send to momsastar@thelifeyoulive.tv or submit via DVD format at 8/F ELJ Communications Bldg., ABS-CBN Compound, Mother Ignacia Ave., Diliman, Quezon City.
- All entries must be submitted with full names of the mom and child, scanned birth certificate of the child, complete address and complete contact details of the parent.
- All props and materials must be brought in by selected contestants. A list of items must be submitted to the organizers week before the event.
- Short-listed contestants will be notified via phone call or e-mail.
- Contestants must perform the same talent number in the event proper, each tandem is given 3-5 minutes to perform.
- The organizers reserve the right to use the materials submitted for related purposes.
